- Youngsters/ Students
Who are the people capable of doing it?

- Specifically Filipinos, because of its accessibility, availability, and its sweet flavor, it has been
part of Filipino snacking for decades.

When does the product sell best?

- The product can be sold any time since it is not seasonal. For decades, the banana industry
has been booming in the Philippines. Primarily because of the climate that is suitable for the
cultivation of banana plant.

What are the materials needed?

- Knife (stainless steel)


- Chopping board
- Banana Slicer
- Strainer/ladle
- Colander
- Basin/mixing bowl
- Plastic sealer
- Stove

COSTS

- The product will be designed to utilize the customer’s preferences thus, a minimum cost of
production is expected to be P20.00/pack
- Selling price is P25.00/pack
Value added features

- Bananas are rich in vitamins.


- The vitamins that banana chips contain include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin
B2 vitamin K and so on.
- Banana chips contain minerals.
- Banana chips contain large amount of fiber.
