arising out of the present Company petition are not listed on board today and the
notices have not yet been issued till date. Though, the applications are of the year
2020. In that view of the matter, Registry is directed to issue notice in IA
1254/2020 and IA 3891/2019 along with all pending Interlocutory Applications
which is listed on board today to intimate the next date of hearing by all available
means i.e. Speed Post, e-mail, etc.) and to place on record Affidavit of Service
enclosing therewith proof of service of Notice on the Respondent, at least two
days before the adjourned date. List these applications on Board on 01.05.2023.
