GOOD USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA

Students are the leading users of social media in
this generation and it would be great to use
such a powerful instrument to promote
environmental awareness to co-users. Ways are
such as sharing environmental blogs, watching
documentaries, and adding some environment-
related post.

BE ACTIVE IN ENVIRONMENTAL

ACTIVITIES
Environmental activities such as tree planting,
clean-up drives, as well as recycling are happening
everywhere and does not need any big
requirements that students can also participate.

USE YOUR VOICE

One's voice is the most powerful thing anyone
could have and using it to promote
environmental awareness would be a great
cause. Students can use their voice by
participating in discussions, even is is online, and
write their blogs, articles, essays, or anything
raising concerns with the environment.

BE INFORMED AND INFORMATIVE

Nothing beats an individual who is
knowledgeable with any particular topic they
put their interest in. This also applies with the
information one should have regarding the
environment. A knowledgeable one knows what
is right from wrong and can educate others that
don't.

PRACTICE ACTIONS
Action speaks louder than words. Everyone not
just students should practice their actions in
relation to becoming an environmentally aware.
Some actions include recycling, less use of
smoke-emitting type of transportations, water
and electricity conservation, as well as food
management.

JOIN ORGANIZATIONS
If one really wanted to have a big impact on the
change of the environment even as a student,
then it will be a great move to join organization
as they are more powerful and resourceful.
Achieving goals will be a lot more easier having
some helping hands. Also, there is a lot to learn
in organizations aside from their aims such as
union and more.
