2.0 Overview
2.1 Event name : FRC Media Training Series

2.2 Date : 26th April 2023 – 16th May 2023

2.3 Location : At Fulbright Meeting Room

2.4 Target audience : Fulbright Running Club Members.

2.5 Estimated number of members : 6 members.

2.6 Objectives/Outcomes:

Overall, media training sessions will be a useful series for Fulbright Running Club
members, especially for members in media team to have more professional media skills.
Moreover, this series can bring members in club together, creating a stronger relationship
between members in club, especially new members with others.

2.7 Description
After getting approval from SE, we will hold 3 main sessions in the series of training. Leading
by Thu Hien (Media team leader) and she will prepare content and agenda for each session,
which will be censor by president of club. In each meeting, our club will prepare food and
beverage for members who participate.

5.1. Participation

Member of the Media team at Fulbright Running Club, and all members are welcome to come and learn.

5.2. Financial Reports

Cost to budget: Fulbright Running Club will collect VAT receipt from the vendor to make a finan-
cial report.

Feedback forms: Fulbright Running Club gathers feedback forms about the training series
(content, preparation, achievement).
