Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta (Session chair)

 Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta is the resident director at PHD chamber of Commerce &
Industry.
 Sir is a Mechanical Engineer from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur.
 He has completed his Post graduate diploma in Project Planning & infrastructure
management.
 He has also completed his masters of business administration in Finance domain from
RA Poddar institute of Management, Jaipur.
 Mr. Rakesh was the CEO of Centre for Development of Stones for 12 years and 9
months.
 He was also the Chief general manager at RIICO and the CEO of Sera India Associates
for 2 years.

Dr. Ramesh Mittal

 Dr. Ramesh Mittal has worked almost thirty years at national & international level in
various organizations with a Job Profile of Research, Consultancy, Educational and
Training; he was also associated with many projects i.e. with USAID, USDA, Michigan
State University, Word Bank, ADB, Multi State Agricultural Competitiveness Project etc.

 As per invitation he has also presented country paper on Supply Chain Management at
Thailand, country paper on Competitive Supply Chain Management at Vietnam, country
paper on Brand Management of Agricultural Produce through GI at Tokyo, Japan and
also visited University California, USA to understand USAID-SAMS Project.

 His area of Specialisation is Marketing, HR, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Strategic

Management and Agricultural Marketing. He has also written more than hundred
research papers/articles and write-ups in various newspapers and Journals.
 At present holding charge of Chairman NIAM Incubation Centre, Handholding agri start-
ups investments in five states of India through five centres of excellence and working
across the country to attract agri investment through start-ups.

Dr. H.K. Singh

 Dr. H.K Singh is a BEE certified energy manager & mechanical engineer by
qualification. Additionally, he did his M.Tech in Energy Engineering and PhD. in
Mechanical Engineering.
 In the beginning of his career, he was associated with research & academia in the field of
Energy efficiency & energy conservation in large and SMEs of Rajasthan.
 Presently he is working as energy manager in PAT CELL, RRECL, Jaipur.
 He published more than 60 research papers in reputed international journals.
 His area of specialization is thermal comfort in buildings, Energy simulation &
renewable energy technologies in Power plant, cement, iron and Steel.
Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Rajpurohit

 Mr. Rajeshwar Singh Rajpurohit is a 2003 Electrical Engineering graduate from MBM
Engineering College, Jodhpur.
 He has the experience of working in the fields of Business Development, Project
Development, Construction Management, Quality Supervision, operation & Maintenance
of Solar and MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) Projects.
 Mr. Rajpurohit has been associated with following renowned and professional companies
in his 16+ years of work life.
 He is Awarded by Best EPC award 2018, Rajasthan Solar Ratna Award 2019, Mahindra
SAURYA Award and Best Solar rooftop company 2020
 ULTRAVIBRANT SOLAR Energy Pvt. Ltd. Executed over 170+ Solar Projects with
50% repeated corder from delegated customer.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar

 Mr. Rakesh Kumar is a CEO at Telesonic Networks, CTO Homes Broadband, Bharti
Airtel, Gurugram
 He has 30 years’ experience with Tier-1 public & private Telco’s.
 He is Awarded by many awards like Bharti Airtel Chairman Award in 2007, 2018, 2019,
2021 for Customer Experience, Transformation, Innovation, the Top 3 leaders in Airtel
Network, for CEO Award, in 2010, Economic Times ‘Best TELCO in Broadband’ award
in year 2020 for Digital Transformation & Experience, BSNL Board Citation for
National Broadband & MPLS Network Implementation in 2003, 2005, etc.
 At Airtel, his achievements include Wire line FTTH Transformation, Digitization of
Work ways, Driving Customer Experience, Strategic Synergy projects across factories to
achieve significant capex & opex savings. He won Chairman’s Award, thrice in Annual
Conclaves in the last 4 years.
