In anticipation of increased public interest in the verdict stage of the proceedings in the

above—captioned case, the Court enters the following order.

The existing ORDER GOVERNING COURTROOM CONDUCT shall remain in effect and will be

strictly enforced to facilitate a decorous proceeding, subject to the following alterationsl

Because the Court will be providing a livestream video and audio feed of Courtroom 400

for the reading of the verdict, the simulcast rooms in Ada County and Madison County are

unnecessary and will no longer be available for public access upon the conclusion of closing

arguments. Persons interested in viewing the broadcast are directed to the Ada County Website

for additional information: https://adacounty.id.gov/judicial-court/val]ow-daybell-trial/

For those interested in attending in-person, Courtroom 400 will be open to the public on a

first—come, first-serve basis, subject to availability as determined by the Trial Court Administrator.

Once a verdict is reached, the Court will provide an announcement through the Ada County

Website with further instruction provided. The seat reservation system will not be utilized.
