1. PURPOSE:
This procedure one of the policies of MSPharma to insist that forklift users, contractors forklift
users and subcontractors, understand and strictly adhere to the provisions of the HSE rules and
all applicable regulations.

6. PROCEDURE:
6.1 Properly operated forklifts make material handling effortless. However, when the forklift or
operator limitations are exceeded, they can be very dangerous.
6.2 Forklift operator shall check the forklift daily using logbook NO. 32/5-Log-01 & NO. 32/5-
Log-01
6.3 HSE department shall check the forklift checklist every month and write any observation
may cause incidents.
6.4 Adhering to the following general operating rules can greatly reduce the risk of personal
injury and property damage:
1. Operate only if you have been trained and legal license and after it checked.
3. Keep speed limit inside facility within 5-9 Km/Hr. and outside Not more than 20 Km/Hr.
4. Use the helmet and safety shoes when use the forklift.
6. Use the alarm light and beep when any person pass on cross and or in present unseen
corners.
8. Drive in reverse when moving bulky items and or unseen material to avoid blind spots.
9. Be sure the space between the forks and land is from 10-20 cm
15. Make sure the charging of forklift batteries take place under the hood.
16. Do not charge the batteries without being supervised, It is NOT allowed to charge the
batteries during the shift off.
17. Trained person on charging shall be available during charging and do not leave until
charging is completed.
After finishing the work, the operation key will deliver to the department manager
