Dear Parent,
As we approach the year end and after all the hard work put in by our learners in the assessments/pre-boards, they
deserve some time to relax and unwind. Hence, the school has planned a day out for the learners of Grades XI & XII
at the Surajgarh Farm to spend the day with peers and teachers in an informal setup, engage in team building
activities, observe and absorb the most that the tour has to offer... a platform to Refresh, Rejuvenate and
Recharge!
Itinerary is as follows-
8:45 am Departure from school
9:00 am Arrival followed by Breakfast
10:00 am to 1:00 Kisme Kitna Hai Dum Activities: Rassa-Kashi, Gaind-Balla, Teeran-Daajee, Kushti, Volleyball,
pm Badminton, Lambi Kood, Trampoline, Commando Crawl, Tarzan Swing, Burma Bridge,
Commando Net, Tent Pitching, Beam Balancing, Cat Walk, Double Rope Bridge, Monkey
Crawl, Rope Climbing, Rope Ladder, Hopscotch, Zip Line, Mountain Climbing.
Manoranjan: Puppet Show, Traditional musical Shows e.g Bhopa Lok Geet, Ghoomar
Dance, Magic show, Pottery.
1:00 pm Buffet lunch
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Activities resume
12:00pm – 7pm Full day Menu: Mitti Ka Choolah se: Geyehu Ki Roti, Missi Roti, Makai Ki Roti (Seasonal as
per availability), Bajre Ki Roti (Seasonal as per availability), White Makkhan, Ghee Shakkar,
Kadi Pakora, Sarson Ka Saag (Seasonal as per availability), Dal Bhati Churma Gur, Chaach,
Tamatar Lasooni ki chutney, Dhaniya Pudina Ki Chutney, Lasoon pyaz ki chutney
4:00 pm Evening snacks
4:30 pm Departure to school
4:45 pm Dispersal from school
The students will have a joyful and enriching experience. If you are interested in sending your ward for the above-
mentioned tour, kindly fill in consent form and send it along with INR 1100/- in cash by Tuesday, 20th December
2022 (Last date of submission). The consent form and the amount to be submitted to the respective class-
teachers. The details are as follows-
Students to assemble in their respective classrooms 8:30 am
Departure post attendance & head counts 8:45 am sharp
Transport to and from the destination camp area School buses
In case of cancellation No refund
Students to refrain from wearing/carrying anything expensive. They will be responsible for their belongings
Medical assistance will be available in case required.

We don’t remember days…we remember moments. Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back
and realize they were the big things.

______________ give my consent for my ward to attend the Day picnic at Surajgarh Farm, scheduled on Tuesday,

27th December 2022.

I am aware that my ward needs to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to the Programme. I give my
consent voluntarily for him/her to participate in the camp and agree to delegate my authority to the staff involved.
Teachers may take whatever disciplinary action they deem necessary to ensure the safety, well-being and good
conduct of the students as a group, or individually in the above-mentioned Program.

I certify that my child is medically fit to participate in the program and to undertake all activities. I certify that my
ward has no ailments, allergies or behaviours which the staff at the Camp should know. I understand that the
teachers will endeavour to contact me in an emergency. If I am unable to be contacted, I authorise the teachers to
obtain medical assistance which they deem necessary should an accident or illness occur.

Please find enclosed ₹ 1100 for the mentioned trip.
