Proposed Title: “Evangelizing through Signing”

Background:
This portion discusses in
detail the problem of the
society in general (or specific)
barangay/target audience
identified). It includes how
the problem began, its
magnitude, its cause, and
other salient information
Gospel is not only for the hearing. The bible says,
“Go ye into all the world,” which implies all people,
including the deaf community. We are given the
mandate to go and preach to every creature, far and
near- a mandate to stand and speak. Matthew 8: 18-20.
With the help of technology, this mandate can be
an open door for more opportunities in reaching the
lost souls. Via social media networking sites, such as
Facebook, we can reach a wide range of audience at a
low to zero possible cost.

Social Advocacy:
Explain the core message of
your advocacy
1.The objective of this advocacy is to reach the deaf
community both saved and unsaved. To help them
meet their spiritual need through sharing evangelistic
verses and even conducting bible studies.
2. To teach and develop the skill of hand signing to
most Christian, if not all. So that the gospel can be
shared with other people, particularly the deaf
community.

3. See people learning sign language.
Week Number Activities to be conducted
Week 1  Teaching basic sign
language to hearing
people.
 Uploading informative
videos and photos.
Week 2  Sharing the testimonies,
experiences of deaf
workers in deaf ministry.
1.The main message of this advocacy is to address the
need for the gospel of the souls, particularly in the deaf
community.
2. To easily reach out to those people, particularly the
deaf even from far flung areas.
