After you watch the video answer the following questions. Use any voice recording software to
record your answers. Use will and first and second conditional in the answers.
• What are the problems derived from drinking bottled water? Mention two problems at
least.
If we consumed drinking bottled water eighty percent end up in landfills, where theywill sit
for thousands of years, or incinerators, where they are burned, releasing toxic pollution. And
if we consumed drinking bottled water, the companies will start with extraction and
production where oil is used to make water bottles.

• What is the difference between bottled water and drinking water?

Bottled water is made by companies, instead, drinking water is simply from the tap and has
no process

• Describe the process involved in manufacturing a plastic bottle.

When companies obtain unprocessed materials from nature to make bottles, they fillbottles
with processed water, transport bottles to people, collect empty bottles and if they don’t
vote for incinerators, use them to rebuild new bottles

• What happens with the plastic bottles after we throw them away?
If they don't end up lying inthe big garbage dumps for many years, they end up incinerated,
where the toxic pollutants go to the atmosphere, likewise they also stop in the oceans.

• What solutions can be implemented to solve this problem?

If we promote campaigns in schools about bottles water, people will stop buying bottled
water and drink tap water.

• Is this problem common in your community? What does the community do to deal with
it?
This isn't a problem in my community because the drinking water is better than bottled
water, because it is most decontaminated and inexpensive.

• Will you drink bottled water again? Why, why not?

Yes and not. Yes, because if I need to drink water and I haven't, I have to buy bottled water.
But if I have the opportunity to drink water, I don't buy it

• What will you do in the future to reduce the number of plastic bottles used in the world?
Recycle the bottled water if I drink it. Or to do awareness in my community to try not to
drink bottled wáter.
