AGREEMENT OF SALE

This Agreement of Sale is made and executed on this the ____ day of

Hereinafter referred to as the ‘VENDOR which term shall mean and include all
his/her heirs, legal representatives, successors, executors, administrators, nominees
and assignees of ONE PART.

IN FAVOUR OF

__________, resident of _________________________________________
____________________.

Hereinafter referred to as the ‘VENDEE / PURCHASER’ which term shall mean and
include all his/her heirs, legal representatives, successors, executors, administrators,
nominees and assignees of OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the Vendor is the full and absolute owner and possessor of the
premises _____________________________________________________
__________along with movable properties in ___ and ___ floors of the said
premises.

Whereas the Vendor has proposed for sale of the Movable properties in ___
and ___ floors of the said premises for a total sale consideration of Rs.________/-
(Rupees ______________________________ only) to purchaser and for which the
purchaser herein agreed to purchase the above said items for the said consideration.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT OF SALE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS :

1. That in pursuance of the above sale consideration the purchaser today paid the
total sale consideration of Rs.________/- (Rupees _______________________
only) to the Vendor and the Vendor received the same and acknowledges the
receipt of the same.

2. That the Vendor today handed over all the above movable properties to the
purchaser and from today onwards the Vendor has no right over the said
property.

3. That the Vendor hereby indemnify and keep the purchaser indemnified regarding
any liabilities over the above said movable property prior to this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the Vendor and the Purchaser hereby subscribed their
signature to this agreement on the day, month and year above mentioned, out of
their own free will and consent in the presence of the following witnesses.
