TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND CHILDREN HELD ON DECEMBER 16,
2022 AT THE LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY, MUNICIPAL HALL, CAMILING, TARLAC

LCAT-VAWC RESOLUTION NO. 01

SERIES OF 2021

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL WORK AND FINANCIAL PLAN OF THE

MUNICIPALITY OF CAMILING, TARLAC FOR CY 2022”.

WHEREAS, the Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children
(LCAT-VAWC) was established to coordinate and monitor the implementation of Republic Act No. 9208
(Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003) and Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women
and their Children Act of 2004). Through the issuance of Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2010 by DILG,
DOJ, and DSWD, the creation of LCAT-VAWCs strengthened local structures to collaboratively address
the problems of trafficking and VAWC.

WHEREAS, the LCAT-VAWC annually, formulate its Annual Work and Financial Plan.

WHEREAS, a total of Ten Thousand Pesos (10,000.00) is allotted for the Expenditure of the
abovementioned plan.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Secretary Rikka Kireina L. Andres, LCAT-VAWC Secretariat,

unanimously seconded.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Annual Work and Financial Plan of the
Local Government Unit of Camiling, Tarlac and further endorsing the same to the Sangguniang Bayan for
their review and adoption.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be resolution be furnished to the Sangguniang
Bayan, the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) and all other offices concerned
for their information and appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
