Explain: All the students were harmonious in performing the tasks. Both in lecture and
individual work. Even the examples they gave on the subject were very striking.
Explain: I think the teacher is successful in this regard. She didn't do group work. But she
supported them in their individual work. She allowed her friends to support each other.
Projected via PPT and video projector. She used a computer for this.
Manipulatives used plain white paper as material and origami work was done. Later, he asked
them to write a case about the subject and find a solution to this study.

Explain: I marked the investigation of students' individual work. In fact, I marked this point
because they would have done a study of their observations here. All of the items I have marked
MANAGEMENT/DISCIPLINE:
Explain: There was no negative behavior that I saw related to the Stated Expectations for
behavior and the redirection of the implementation part that I marked. Positive behaviors are
reinforced in children. As I mentioned in my other work, I observed that they gave training to
teachers about school positive discipline and guided them on this subject. The teacher I observed
in my class was one of the school counselors. Apart from that, I asked only in the time
management section about all the items I marked, maybe there could be a summary to wrap up
the issue. but I think that the students learned the subject well in line with their studies.
It was a perfect example for me in every way. In the lesson, I observed the harmony of both the teacher
and the student with each other. The strategies and methods he used guided me. The beginning of the
lesson with the game immediately attracted the students to the lesson. It was certainly nice of him to
ask critical questions afterward. I think it was very important for them to first get their opinion on the
subject and then tell them about it. I think that the lesson is reinforced by the students.
Frankly, I would like it to be a lesson in which I observed how the teacher, where the lesson was a bit
difficult, included the student who did not listen, and what strategies he applied. But I would like to say
