INFORMATION

The undersigned Prosecutor accuses JUAN DELA CRUZ, a resident of

Tubod, Iligan City, of the crime of SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES, committed as
follows:

“That on January 1, 2023 at around 4:00 pm in the afternoon, while in

Tubod, Iligan City, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above stated accused, without any justifiable
cause, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously dragged,
pushed, and pulled the hair of the offended party, MARIA CLARA, thus
resulting to soft tissue injury, specifically abrasion on right legs, arms,
and left foot and a broken wrist of the offended party which requires a
healing period of one week, to the greater damage and prejudice of the
same offended party.”

CONTRARY TO LAW AND IN VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 266 OF THE REVISED

PENAL CODE, AS AMENDED BY R.A. 10951.
