To whom it may concern,

I am excited to submit my application for the position of teaching at your

school. I have obtained my dual certified Early Education and Special Education
for the Visually Impaired teaching credentials from Kutztown University of
Pennsylvania. With my passion for inclusive education and my diverse range of
skills and experiences, I am confident that I would be a valuable addition to your
team.
As an Early Education Teacher, I have been committed to providing
engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for my students.
My focus on differentiation and personalization has helped me create a learning
environment that caters to the unique needs of each student. I strive to incorporate
students' personal experiences and interests into lessons to create meaningful
connections with academic learning.
In addition, as a Special Education Teacher for the Visually Impaired, I have
honed my skills in adapting curriculum and creating accessible materials to meet
the needs of students with visual impairments. My experience working closely
with families, other educators, and specialized professionals has taught me the
importance of collaboration in providing the best possible education for each
student.
I aspire to practice a progressivist educational philosophy, allowing students
to develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. I embrace
Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development as a critical pedagogical tool to ensure
that all students succeed in learning challenging content.
I am eager to bring my passion for inclusive education, my experience
working with diverse populations, and my dual certification to your school. Thank
you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to further
discuss how I can contribute to your team.
Thank you,
McKenzie Kus
