Anwei! Thank you so much for helping set up for the party after last
night's theater performance. I couldn’t have done it without you, and
the spicy dish you brought was delicious! You have got to tell me
where you found the recipe! Everyone really liked it, and it didn’t look
too complicated. Anyway, I guess I'll see you Monday. I think we
have rehearsal together for Elia Grande's new play. I'm really
excited to get started
10-12:
Good morning, Mr. Davis. This is Susan Chen from Freiburg Transport,
returning your call with an update on your order. The truck carrying
your shipment left our warehouse on Tuesday, as scheduled.
However, due to bad weather, the truck probably won't arrive at
your store until Friday evening. We apologize for the delay. Will
someone be at your store Friday after six P.M. to receive the
merchandise? Please call me back so I can notify the driver. Thanks.

25-27:
Tyler, it's Bob. I just got an exciting call from the magazine, Sports Gear
Quarterly. Because our Twelve Toes line of soccer equipment is selling
so well, we have won their award for sporting goods retailer of the
year. Also, one of our products won for the most comfortable soccer
accessory of the year. It's a little funny, because that product is
actually our worst selling item- probably because of its high cost.
Anyway, the magazine wants a brief summary of our business to put
on its Website. Can you write one and send it to them? Let me know
and I'll e-mail you the details.

28-30:
Hi, this is Laura Dunn. I'm calling about a catering order you just
delivered for our corporate luncheon this afternoon. I just realized
that one of the food trays we ordered wasn't included - we're missing
the pasta. Now, between the sushi and the chicken dish, we'll have
enough food, but I wanted to make sure we get a refund on the pasta.
Could you please process the refund to the same credit card I used to
place the order? Thanks and have a nice day.

Attention, manufacturing staff. As you know, we’re expanding our
popular line of glass display cases. Our newest model will be larger in
size than any of our existing cases. But before we start making it, we‘ll
have to modify our equipment to handle the larger panes of glass. While
the technicians are doing this on Monday morning, you‘ll be helping to
take inventory in the warehouse. This will allow us to get ahead start
on our annual inventory count.

this time. Passengers may board the bus across the street in front of the
National Transportation Building. Once again, the R-2 line will be shut
down for track maintenance between the hours of one and four PM.

resume on July first. We apologize for this inconvenience and look
forward to serving you for all of your rail travel.

I got our warehouse's safety report from the city inspector this
morning. The inspector, Mr. Yang, was here last week, and I'm
happy to report that he only noted a few things we should fix so they
don't become problems. Mr. Yang had one major suggestion--to replace
the railing on the stairway. After the meeting ends, I'll e-mail a list of
the other issues we need to address.

Attention, Hollenhall Factory employees. On Saturday, tomorrow, a
new conveyor belt will be installed on Assembly Floor A. Everyone
will need to learn to use the new machine safely, so at nine o'clock on
Monday morning all workers are required to attend a safety
training seminar in the conference room across from Assembly
Floor B. There is an exception for those that are working on an irregular
schedule, though. Those workers can receive the training individually
.Please speak to your supervisor if you need to schedule that. For
everyone else, have a good weekend, and we'll see you in the conference
