Ingredients:

 2 tbsp canola oil


 6 cloves garlic crushed.
 1 pc onion, sliced.
 1 kilogram chicken cut ups
 2 tbsp vinegar
 1/4 cup soy sauce
 1 cup water
 2 pcs bay leaves
 1 tsp whole black peppercorns, slightly crushed
 2 pc Knorr chicken cubes
 1 tsp brown sugar packed.
 Option: 1 cup kale or spinach

PORK SISIG

Ingredients:

 500 grams pig's mask or pork belly (trim excess fat if preferred),
boiled in water with black peppercorns, bay leaf, onion, and
garlic until tender, drained.
 as needed fish sauce and black pepper
 as needed canola oil
 1 pc red onion, chopped
 1 (1-inch) pc ginger, chopped
 1/4 cup chicken liver, chopped (optional)
 1 pc green chili, sliced
 as needed bird's eye chili, sliced
 as needed Knorr Liquid Seasoning
 5 tbsps. Lady's Choice real mayonnaise
 3 pcs calamansi
 1 egg

Ingredients:

 1 packet NESTLÉ® Carnation Evap, chilled


 1/2cupNESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
 1 bottle mina tamis munggo
 1 Ripe langka, shredded
 1 bottle minatamis na red kaong
 1 bottle green nata de coco, drained well
 1 bottle macapuno
 6 cups Ice
 ½ tub Leche Flan
 ½ cup ube extract
 ¼ cup pinipig, toasted
