SUBJECT : Thesis Final Oral Defense

All graduate students enrolled in Thesis Writing for SY 2022-2023, the office of the
undersigned hereby inform everyone that schedule for Thesis Final Oral Defense will
officially starts on April 8, 2023 and ends on May 20, 2023. Scheduling for the
aforementioned activity will be done of first come - first serve basis.

Candidates are hereby informed further to be familiar of the processes, hence

ignorance does not warrant excuses. Moreover, please be guided to comply the following
requirements:
1. Approved softbound copy of the thesis proposal;
2. Approved Oral Examination Application Form;
3. 4 printed copies of the thesis manuscript (in short blue plastic slide folder); and
4. Oral Examination Fee

Schedule for oral examination shall only be set upon full compliance of the above-
mentioned requirements. Please disseminate.

SUBJECT : Stakeholders Consultation & Election of Officers

All graduate students enrolled during the 2nd Semester of SY 2022-2023, are hereby
directed to actively participate to the scheduled Stakeholders Consultative Forum and
Election of Officers of the institute on April 1, 2023 at 8:30 in the morning via online
platform. Link will be sent on the day before the scheduled time.

Important matters shall be discussed and disseminated during the presentation of the
revised Graduate Manual of Operations visa viz election of IPGS Officers. Get involved,
become knowledgeable and updated on the policies and guidelines relative to the graduate
program operations pursuant to CMO 15 series of 2019.

Attendance is a must. Please disseminate.

SUBJECT : Graduate Comprehensive Examination 2023

The 2nd Semester of SY 2022-2023 is about to end. Candidates for the Comprehensive
Examination are hereby directed to prepare the required documents to the aforementioned
activity that is tentatively scheduled on the 3rd week of July 2023.

The above-mentioned required documents include the following to wit:

1. Student Evaluation (to be requested from the School Registrar);
2. Approved Comprehensive Examination Application Form; and
3. Payment of the Comprehensive Examination Fee

Be informed further, that the office of the undersigned will not set special schedule
for late applicants, thus everyone is encouraged to keep abreast on the updates pertinent to
this important academic activity of the institute.

Furthermore, this memorandum is purposely made in advance for the candidates to

prepare themselves intellectually and emotionally.
