第一章 DCW 型污水处理设备技术性能

Chapter Ⅰ: DCW type sewerage treatment technical performance

一、概述 Introduce
随着人民生活水平的日益提高,工业生产的日益发达,生活污水及工业废水迅猛增长,严
重地威胁着人类的生存环境安全,加重了环境的破坏程度。为有效地扼制污水对人类及环境
的影响,本公司推出了目前较为成熟的处理技术—接触氧化法污水处理设备,此法能有效的对
污水中的有机污染物进行降解、去除,从而得以维持生态环境的平衡。为保证系统的正常运行,
特编此运行维护手册供用户在使用过程中参考。
With standard of living improving and industrial produce development increasingly, the
sanitary sewerage and similar industrial organic wastewater are increasing daily, which has
threatened humans’ survival and safety badly, aggravated environmental destroy. We have
researched out one mature treatment method of contact and oxidation process, which can remove
organic contamination, and remain environment balance.

二、适用范围 Applicable range

本设备主要适用于住宅区、饭店、宾馆、疗养院、学校、矿山、工厂、车站、机场等人口密
集场所的生活污水或与之类似的工业有机废水的处理。可埋入地表以下或地面设置,具有操
作简便、维护方便,对周围环境无影响，工艺新，效果好，使用寿命长，全自动控制,不需专
业人员管理等特点。
It is mainly used to treat sanitary sewerage and similar industrial organic wastewater for
residential, restaurant, hotel, nursing home, school, mine, factory, station and airfield etc. it can be
put underground or on ground, and has features of simple operation, easy maintenance, new
process, high effective, long service life, and auto-control etc.

三、技术要求 Technical requirement

1．处理水量：
污水处理量为 5m3/h
Design capacity: Q=5m3/h

2．进出水水质要求 Quality of influent and effluent

根据同类生活污水水质确定设计进水水质。The influent quality is designed in accordance
with the same kind of domestic sewage.
3．处理设施处理出水水质指标达到《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）一级排放标
准。
The effluent quality reaches to the first grade of integrated wastewater discharge stand
(GB8978-1996)

五、工艺使用说明 Usage explanation

格栅 grid
格栅为清除污水中格大颗粒固体，避免污物堵塞水泵，保证后续处理装置稳定运行。
The grid is used for cleaning the big granule to prevent from block the pump and make the
follow program run stably.
调节池 regulating tank
调节池主要起调节水量及均匀水质作用,调节池的容积根据用户排放污水情况而定，调
节池有效调节时间 8～10 小时，提升泵两台（一备一用）能根据调节池水位自动启动水泵：
设低液位停止、高液位启动，超警戒水位报警。
The regulating tank is used for adjust the water quantity and quality. The volume of
regulating tank will be constructed on base of sewage discharged by users. There are two
submerge pumps (one prepare, one work). The pumps can be started by water level: low level
stop, high level start, alertness level alarm.
多级生物接触氧化池 Multi-Contact and oxidation tank
采用二级接触氧化工艺，总停留时间8小时，池内设有组合式半软性纤维填料，依靠附
着在填料上的微生物的一系列生物生命活动使污水中的有机污染物质得以去除。通过风机供
氧，使微生物、有机污染物和氧充分接触，能够大量吸附废水中的有机物，而且具有很强的
氧化能力。空气中的氧也将经过废水而进入生物膜。生物膜上的微生物在氧的参与、作用下
对有机物进行分解和机体新陈代谢，产生了包括二氧化碳等无机物，它们又沿着相反的方
向，即从生物膜经过附着水排到流动着的废水及空气中去；在这些过程的综合作用下，废
水中有机物的含量大大减少，因此得到了净化。
The process of multi-stage contact and oxidation will adopt with 8.0 hours of total
HRT(hydrodynamic retaining time) at least. The half flexible fillings will be placed in the tank,
the microorganism attached on fillings can degrade and remove organic pollutant in sewerage.
The blower will blow oxygen and make the SS suspend, organic pollutants, which can ensure
whole system work normally, and can supply energy for microorganism metabolism, having
stronger oxidation performance.O2 in air will be sucked into the sewage and then enter biological
film. And the microorganisms will break up organic pollutants and come into metabolizing with
oxygen participating. Then they will change into CO2 and H2O ultimately and crash the sewage
and air in the reverse direction and lick up much the contaminated. With the process of above, the
sewage and wastewater get purified.
同时通过空气的搅动使之不产生沉淀，保证系统正常运行。
At the same time, the air also sucked to prevent sewage from depositing, ensuring the whole
system work normally.
根据池形大小分成多级接触氧化反应池、水力停留时间 8 小时。
To divide multistage contact and oxidation according to tank size, and HRT is 8 hours.
容积负荷 Volume loading（Fr）：0.9～1.8kgCOD/m3.d
气水比 air - water ratio：＞15：1
优良的接触环境是保证有机污染物、氧气、生物膜、水等相关物质充分接触反应的必要
条件。本装置将选用高效立体弹性生物填料，来保证曝气池内优良的接触环境，它具有比表
面积大、易挂膜、不堵塞、空隙率大等物点。为保证充氧效果，接触氧化池内采用膜式曝气器
具有充氧动力效率高、气泡直径小、安装简单，不存在堵塞问题，使用寿命长等物点。
It is necessary of good contacting condition that ensures organic pollutant, oxygen, biological
film and water mix and contact sufficient. This equipment will select effect floating flexible
biological fillings, which is large surface, film easy-hanging, no block and sufficient interspaced
rate, and can achieve good contact ion condition. The biological aeration system of DCW
sewerage treatment equipment has high transmission efficiency, small, dense and uniform
bubbles, easy installation, no block and long service life etc.
二沉池、污泥池 Sedimentation tank and sludge chamber
 生化后的污水自流到二沉池，停留时间 2.0h。填料上剥落的微生物膜及混合液中悬浮物
靠重力沉下。沉淀池型式采用竖流式。设备内部排泥采用气提方式，一部分回流到酸化池，
剩余一部分污泥排泥至污泥池进行污泥好氧消化，减少污泥的体积。
Treated sewerage will go to sedimentation tank, retaining time is 2.0 hours, microorganism
film dropped off fillings and granule will settle down and be separated by gravity. The
sedimentation tank is erect flow type, interior sludge will be discharged by ail lift device, and part
of sludge of secondary sedimentation tank will be lifted into front of aeration tank to remain
activated sludge concentration in aeration tank, excess sludge will be lifted to sludge chamber to
assimilate.
消毒池及消毒装置 Disinfection tank and disinfection system
消毒池按规范：“TJ14-74”标准为 30min。Standards: 30mins of TJ14-74.
采用次氯酸钠溶液计量泵投加消毒，消毒池采用上下翻腾式结构，保证消毒剂和污水
充分混合，混合接触时间≥30 分。消毒后的生活污水由泵外排。
Use NaCLO for disinfection. The disinfection tank uses up and down writhe structure. The
contact time is ≥30mins. The sewage after disinfection will be discharged by pump.
风机 Blower
风机放置在设备间内，设回转式风机 2 台，能自动交替运行，风机负责对调节池、接触
氧化池供氧及沉淀池气提回流污泥供气。风机进出风口有消声器,风机过滤器，因此运行无
噪声。
The blower room will be equipped with two sets of blowers for alternative running, and to
supply oxygen for contact oxidation tank and sludge return. The blower will be equipped with
muffler, filter, so it can work without noise.

六、技术性能特点 Technical performance features

我公司生产的 DCW 型污水处理设备系我厂集 20 多年生产经验，结合国内外先进技术
基础上研制成功的新一代污水处理装置。该装置集物理、化学、生物处理方法于一体，具有
结构紧凑、维护方便、工艺先进、处理效率高、投资少、使用寿命长等特点，由于该设备能埋
于地下，不占地面面积，不影响周围环境，并完全实现自动化控制，无需配备专业人员，
倍受用户欢迎。
DCW type sewerage treatment equipment is new sewerage treatment device, which has
assembled our 20 years produce experience with combining technology domestic and aboard. It
integrates physical, chemical and biological treatment process with compact structure, convenient
maintenance, advanced process, high treated efficiency, low investment and long service life etc.
As it is embedded underground, no occupied area, no affect on ambience, full autoimmunization
control, it is popular with users worldwide.
DCW 型污水处理设备中生化池曝气系统中的曝气器采用膜式曝气器，该曝气器具有传
输效率高，气泡小而密，曝气均匀，安装方便,不堵塞，使用寿命长等特点。曝气系统中的
气源采用日本独资企业百事德机械（江苏）有限公司生产的 HC801S 风机，具有噪声小、能
耗低、风量大等特点，同时进出风口设消音器、风机过滤器，运行基本无噪声，单台风机运
行寿命可达 3000 小时以上。
The biological aeration system of DCW sewerage treatment equipment has high transmission
efficiency, small, dense and uniform bubbles, easy installation, no block and long service life etc.
The type of blower is HC801S. Blower made by B-TOHIN machine (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. will be
employed with light steel sound insulation cover, inlet muffler, filter etc, which has features of
low noise, low energy, and large wind volume and over 3000hrs service life etc.
DCW 型污水处理设备可采用全自动可编程序控制系统，既简化了操作过程,也使日常
维护工作既简单又方便,提高了整个系统的抗干扰能力和运行可靠性,实现了设备控制自动化。

DCW type sewerage treatment equipment will adopt full auto-program control system, which
can simplify operation and maintenance, improve anti-jamming faculty and work reliability of
whole control system, and achieve equipment control autoimmunization. (The detail work is

第二章 DCW 型污水处理设备的安装调试及操作

Chapter Ⅱ DCW type sewerage treatment equipment installation and commissioning
一、设备的安装 Equipment installation
设备的安装必须按国家有关安装规范进行，设备的土建工程必须由正规的建筑队伍承
建，本设备可用两种安装形式,一安装在地坪以上,二是安装在地坪以下，本工程采用第二种
安装方式。
Equipment installation will executive relevant national installation standards, and the civil
construction should be completed by architecture unit. There are two installation types for this
equipment, one is of on-ground, and the other is of underground, the second is employed for this
project.
安装前对土建进行验收，设备混凝土底板大小规格与平面图、安装图相同,要求基础平
均承压 20T/m2 以上,基础必须水平,如设备安装在地坪下,基础地坪相对标高与设备高度相同,
四周挖掘宽度必须离基础边线 500mm 以上以便安装管道。
Before installation, check civil construction works such as size of concrete foundation, plane
drawing, installation drawing etc. the foundation can be smooth and bear force of 20T/m2, the
elevation of lawn is as the same as that of equipment, and dig ditch far 500mm from foundation
line for pipe installation.
根据安装图就位,用吊车吊入设备箱体位置,方向不能放错互相之间距必须准确
（800mm）,就位好设备,联接管道。管道采用 ABS 工程塑料、用 ABS 专用胶水联接，要求各
联接口无油污、并用砂皮纸打磨后用刷涂上一层胶水，待胶水层稍干后联接，要求联接管道
不渗漏。把设备底座与基础上的预埋钢板焊牢，除去焊渣后用环氧树脂涂三道。
Hoist equipment according to installation drawing, after the equipment is seated correctly,
connects pipelines. The pipe will adopt ABS engineering plastic with special glue water, the
connections should be no oil and leakage. At last weld equipment floor on the embedded plates
tightly and paint epoxy resin three lays.
把电控柜控制线、设备之连线、电控柜与电源接通，生活污水电控柜与生活饮用水电控
柜供用一电控柜，接线时注意风机、电机的转向必须与风机所指方向相同。
Switch power on electric control wire, connection wire between equipment, and pay attention
to blower and motor rotation direction.
设备安装结束后必须做清水试验：Do a cleaning water test after installation.
1、把设备存满水、要求各管路口联接处必须不渗漏。
The equipment should be full of water first, and pipe connections don’t leak.
2、启动风机、通过调整相应阀门、控制进入曝气池内的空气量；进入污泥消化池的空气量；
气提污泥所需气量。要求各曝气池内曝气量均匀、气提器正常。由于控制阀门在调整后要埋
入地下，因此、在调整时一定要控制好，该工作由我公司技术人员负责。
Open blower and valve, control air for aeration tank, air for sludge assimilation tank. The
aeration air should be uniform.
3、以上步骤完成后由用户有关部门及我公司调试负责人验收合格后方可填土，要求边回土
边浇水、每 20-35cm 时夯实。再回土、浇水、夯实直至填平并整平地面。
After above and the acceptance is up to grade, fill earth back, tamp and flat it with watering
every 20~35cm in the thickness.
附设备平面布置图、安装图、基础图。
Adds: plane arrangement drawings, installation drawings and foundation drawings.

二、设备的调试及操作 Commissioning and operation

1、操作前的准备工作 Preparation
1.1 检查设备情况无异常。
Check equipment.
1.2 空转各部电机及风机是否灵活，电气控制元件是否动作可靠。
Check whether motor and blower is agile and electric fittings are reliable.
1.3 检查风机的润滑机油加注情况。
Check blower and whether grease has been added.
1.4 设备内通入清水，检查各管道联接处是否漏水，并打开风机，开通气阀门检查风管
是否漏风及电气控制等设施部件是否运转正常，动作可靠，有无异常噪声。
The equipment is full of clean water, check whether pipes are leaked or not, and open
blower and air valve, check whether air pipes are leaked and electric control parts can
work normally or not.
1.5 确认设备无以上问题可执行以下操作

2、调试及操作 Commissioning and operation

由于污水处理是利用微生物的合成、分解、反应作用，因此微生物培养直接影响整个处
理系统的效果，生活污水其可生化性好，培养相对比较容易，具体步骤如下：
For sewerage treatment is to make microorganism compose, break up and react etc. so it
is necessary to bring up microorganism, sanitary sewage has good biochemistry, bringing
it up is easy as following:
2.1 按正常操作步骤注满接触池。
The contact oxidation tank is full of water firstly.
2.2 启动风机，对池内污水进行曝气充氧连续运行 6-8 小时、停止 3-5 小时，排掉 1/3 上
清液。
Start blower, the sewerage will be aerated with oxygen 6～8hrs, after 3～5hrs, discharge
1/3 of upper liquid out.
2.3 重新进水，继续曝气充氧 6-8 小时，停止 3-5 小时。
Do as 2.2 item again.
2.4 如此往复运行，每天进水时间相对延长，经过 7-15 天后，池内出现明显絮状体或
上清液透明时，表明生物菌基本培养成功。
The time of water entrance enlarges daily, after 7 ～ 15 days, when evident floccules
forms or upper liquid is clean, it is indicative that bringing up micro-organism succeeds.
 2.5 同时也可观察接触池内填料情况，如填料上长出橙黄或橙黑色的一层膜即已培养
好生物膜，此时出水清晰，感观较好，此时微生物驯化基本完成，设备可转入正常运转。
At the same time, observe the fillings, if one film of orange-yellow fillings comes forth,
it is indicative of bringing micro-organism up completely, and effluent is clear and good
sense. The equipment may enter into operation stage.
2.6 微生物的驯化需较长时间，如有现成的活性污泥，则尽量用现成的活性污泥，这
样可加快生物膜的形成。
Domesticating microorganism spends long time; if there is activated sludge, make them
as possible for quickening organic film forming.
3、设备的正常操作运行 Common operation
3.1 待污水注满接触池。
First the contact oxidation tank should be full of water.
3.2 启动风机，打开进气阀门进行曝气并调节好气量（其气水比 15:1），一经调好，
一般情况下不变动。
Open blower and air valve, and adjust the water-air ratio to 15:1(hereafter don’t alter),
and to aerate with sewerage.
3.3 接触氧化池的污水自流进入沉淀池，沉淀池污泥回流靠气提提升，回流量视曝气
池活性污泥含量而有所不同且根据沉淀污泥量确定，多余污泥提升至污泥池。
The sewerage will go to sedimentation tank, the return sludge will be lifted by air and the
return capacity will be depended on activated sludge and settled sludge volume. Excess
sludge will be lifted to sedimentation tank.

第三章、DCW 型污水处理设备的维护、保养及注意事项
Chapter Ⅲ DCW type sewerage treatment equipment maintenance
1．当设备埋于地下时、要注意保证下雨设备周围不积水，设备的排出水口必须在相对
地坪-0.30m 以下，设备上方不得有车辆通过，设备一般不得抽空内部污水、以防地下水把
设备浮起。
As equipment will be embedded underground, it isn’t allowed that there is stored water or
rainwater and the discharge outlet of equipment should be lower than –0.3m of lawn.
2．设备管理必须建立一套定期保养制度，主要易损件是风机与水泵，风机转向不能接反，
如进入污水必须清理，更换机油后方能使用，风机启动前必须注意空气阀门是否打开。
One set of regular maintenance system should be set up, the blower doesn’t rotate back, and
sewerage should be cleaned away, before the blower starts, the air valve shall be open.
 3．设备在运行过程中如需维修或更换另部件时，现场必须保证三人以上人员，进行充
分的通风后，检修人员必须系好安全带,带上防毒面具方能进入，防止池中缺氧和中毒事故
发生。措施方案：
⑴ 有必要将水池污水抽干
⑵ 用清水稀释污水池底积水
⑶ 如要在封闭水池动用明火，需先做好通风处理后再人员进入
⑷ 必须保证现场三名人员以上
⑸ 做好应急措施
⑹ 检查电源线路，最好关闭电源。
风机的具体维护及保养详见风机的说明书。
While equipment or instruments need repairing or replacing during it is running, be sure that
more than 3 personals are at the site. After ventilation sufficiently, the maintenance men should
fix safety belt and take gas mask, avoiding accident of poisoning or lack of oxygen. And
following measures should be made:
Take water out of the tank
Clean the tank with cleaning water
After ventilation sufficiently, entrance should be admitted.
More over 3 personals should be on site.
Emergency measure should be prepared
Check the current circuit, shut down the power
The maintenance and operations of blower refers to the blower manual.

一、风机 Blower
我厂生产的 DCW 型地埋式污水处理设备配套的风机是由日本独资宜兴百事德机械有
限公司生产的风机。用户需更换风机或配套时，可直接与该公司联系，也可委托我公司代办
详细联系地址见风机产品说明书。
The blowers matched with DCW type underground sewerage treatment equipment are made
in B-TOHIN Machine (Yixing) Co., Ltd. If users need to change blower or parts, they can connect
to the company or consign our company. The detail address is shown in the blower description.
二、高效膜式曝气器 Micro-bubble diffusers
为保证充氧效果，接触氧化池内曝气则采用膜式曝气器，具有充氧动力效率高，气泡直
径小，安装简单，不存在堵塞问题，使用寿命长等特点，详细资料及联系方式可直接与我

For achieving good oxygen effective, the micro- bubble diffusers in contact oxidation tank
have high oxygen efficiency, small air bubble, easy installation, no block, and long service life etc
