AND THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO OUR COMPANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BAKASYUNAN RESORT ZAMBALES

1. This will serve as pencil booking for your reservation, before confirming, kindly call us if room/venue are still available.
2. All pencil bookings are temporary bookings and can be booked by other guest who have confirmation of reservation(s).
3. Confirmation must be made 5 days prior to check-in date or as soon as possible and must have sent a signed copy of this quotation for reservation. Once signed this
will serve as guaanteed capacity as part of the reservation for room and food.
4. Upon confirmation, we require 50% down payment and remaining 50% full payment must be settled in CASH/DEBIT/CREDIT CARD before check-in.
If check payment, client must settle the full payment 5 banking days before check-in date. (FIRST TO PAY, FIRST TO RESERVE BASIS)
5. Client must send their copy of deposit slip payment within 24 hours after confirmation or else reservation will be changed to preferred available date. Kindly advise us
for other details of sending payment deposit.
6. You will receive a booking number confirmation and adendum from Bakasyunan Resort regarding your reservation details.
7. Guaranteed capacity for rooms/food must be finalized at least more than 1 week before the actual event and NO CHANGES must be made on the day of the event.
8. Venue time like check-in and check-out must be strictly implemented to give way to next reserved guest. Charges may apply per exceeding hours of stay if room is
available.
9. No refund of down payment / full payment in case of cancelled reservation for whatever cause whether fortuitous events or not. You can rebook at the dates of your choice
(within six months) provided the rooms, venue and amenities of your choice are available on such dates.

HEAD OFFICE RESERVATION POLICY:

1. This will serve as your GATE PASS at Bakasyunan Resort and Conference Center IBA, ZAMBALES
2. Documents needed to bring:
- Printed quotation and addendum
- Original copy of desposit slip
- Valid Identification Card
3. Venue time like check-in and check-out must be strictly implemented to give way to next reserved guest. 10% of room rate charge may apply per exceeding hours
of stay if room is available. Exceeding later than 4:30pm will be charged as full room rate.
4. No refund of down payment / full payment in case of cancelled reservation for whatever cause whether fortuitous events or not. You can rebook at the dates of your
choice (within six months) provided the rooms, venue and amenities of your choice are available on such dates.
5. Bringing of food will have Corkage of 200 per head. But you may still bring water,chips and bread.
6. Present this form together with room keys and proof of payment upon check-out at the Reception Area.
7. Please take note that remaining balance must be settled in cash, debit or credit card only upon check in. If check payment, it must be deposited at least 5 banking days
before the event.
8. All additional charges purchased at our resort must be paid in cash or credit card during purchase or during check out before exiting our resort. Our reception area will
validate this during check out and setlle the balance for us to provide you our gate pass clearance (for exit).

NOTE: Please take note that head office reservations will only handle room/venue reservations, food details, verification of down payment and other
agreements included in the quotation and addendum. Once you have sign this, we will forward this to our resort's operations and they will be the one to handle
all your concerns from time of arrival up to time of check out. Our marketing officers and receptionists will be your point of contact during your event and they
will be the one to make sure of the implementation of our signed contracts. Head office marketing will not be held liable for any activities done by our resort's
operations.
