AWARENESS PROGRAM

1. As mandated by Department of Education (DepEd) under the Office of the Undersecretary for
Operation Services (OUOPS) through OUOPS Memorandum No. 2023-04-2397 and DepEd Order
No. 72, s. 2012 re: Reiteration on the Observance of Fire Prevention Month and the continuing Fire
Safety and Awareness Program, all schools and DepEd offices should emphasize the importance of
prioritizing safety.
2. In connection to the safety measures prescribed in DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2012, Luan Elementary
School of Dulag North District will conduct a Fire Safety Awareness Program and Simulation Fire
Drill on March 27, 2023, at 9:00 in the morning at Luan Elementary School Open Ground in
coordination with the BFP Dulag Marshalls.
3. The School DRRM Coordinator is hereby requested to facilitate the conduct of this activity and
submit Activity Completion Report using the appropriate template to the office.
4. Expected participants to this activity are the following: all school personnel, BDDRM and SDRRM
Team, SPTA officers and members, and SPG officers and members.
