Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

Early check in by 1000 hours and late check out by 1400 hours may be extended
depending upon availability. Check in between 0600 hours to 1000 hours and check
out between 1400 hours to 1800 hours will result in a half night charge. Full night
charges are applicable for check in before 0600 hours and check out after 1800 hrs.

Reservation Policy
A credit card or cash deposit must guarantee all confirmed reservations. Advance
deposit can be made @ any HDFC bank in favor of Mosaic Hotels A/C No 00882320002371
Credit card details of the guest are required for all credit card guarantees.
Alternatively, an authorization letter along with the front and reverse side of
credit card is required in case the guest does not wish to pay directly at the
hotel. If the company wishes to settle the guest bills, the same should be notified
in the confirmation correspondence. We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed
reservations 48 hours prior to 1200 hours IST of the date of arrival. Pan Card is
required for cash transactions of INR 25000 & above.

Cancellation / Amendment / No Show / Early Check-Out Policy

Reservations (Cancelled/Amend/No Show/Early Check-Out) between 48 hrs & 24 hrs
prior to 1800 hrs IST of the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee
equivalent to 1 night accomodation charge. Reservations cancelled within 24 hrs
prior to 1200 hrs IST on the date of arrival or a no show on the date of arrival
will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accomodation charges for the entire
length of the stay originally booked. The same would be charged on the credit card
details provided while confirming reservations, or bill to company in respective
cases. Early chaeckout before the scheduled date of departure may result in charges
equivalent for the remaining length of stay.

Family Policy
Infant below the age of 5 years sharing the same bed as adult would be
complimentary.Children aged between 05-12 years would be charged INR 625 if sharing
the same bed as adult and INR 1250 in case an extra bed is utilized. Children above
the age of 12 years would be treated as a sharer and charged as per full occupancy.
The above rates would be inclusive of breakfast and exclusive of taxes.

Note : Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of checkin.

The proof of identity can either be the guest driving license, passport,
voter ID or Aadhar Card for all Check-In guests.
All foreign nationals to carry a valid passport & visa.
