MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

FOR THE RESPONDENT

The undersigned counsel on record for the Respondent hereby manifests,

that:

1. The lead counsel, Atty. Jose Realito A. Acas II, has decided to
establish his own law practice, and all files and records pertaining to
the instant cases are with him;

2. The undersigned merely assisted him in the drafting and filing of the
pleadings. With the current set-up, however, it would be difficult for
the undersigned to assist in the cases;

3. Considering that the choice of legal representation is the

Respondent’s sole prerogative, the undersigned counsel moves for
her relief as counsel of record in accordance with Section 26, Rule 138
of the Rules of Court;

4. The undersigned assures the Honorable Office that this motion is

done in good faith and is not intended to unnecessarily delay the
proceedings of the cases.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of

the Honorable Office that the undersigned be relieved of her duties as
counsel on record for the Respondent in these cases.

Other reliefs and remedies just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
