Our school's organizational structure is made up of the School Head, who has authority in
the school and is responsible for human resources, financial resources, educational activities of
students and instructors, external interactions, student and teacher well-being, and educating
pupils.
Senior Bookkeeper- Work involves full responsibility for maintaining and operating a set
of general books of account or set of accounts, including subsidiary ledgers, using automated
systems. Supervision may be exercised over the work of a small number of clerical personnel
assigned to the financial record-keeping unit.
Disbursing Officer- or Special Disbursing Officers - These are individuals who are
authorized to pay out government monies or settle government payables and obligations to
authorized recipients in cash or by check.
School Teachers- Individual lesson plans in one or more academic, technical, or
vocational courses are designed and delivered utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to cater to
different learning types. Prepares lesson, assignment, and test materials; assesses, corrects, and
grades student performance.
Watchman- The primary responsibility of a watchman is to prevent unauthorized
activities on his employer's property. Some people confuse the terms "security guard" with
"watchman." A security guard is trained to deal with threats in some instances, but a watchman is
more likely to notify the cops.
Utility- A utility function is a representation for defining individual preferences for
commodities or services that are not directly monetary valued. In other words, it is a relative
measurement of how strongly someone desires something.
According to Jones (2004), organizational theory is a company's function in terms of how
it operates in the environment and how the environment influences its operational agenda. This,
in my perspective, links together with the cause-and-effect law.
The function of a corporation in terms of how it functions in the environment and how
the environment effects its operational agenda is known as organizational theory. This, in my
perspective, links together with the cause-and-effect law.

The organizational design and change discusses how and why different strategies are
used to manage the structure and culture, as well as control activities, in order to achieve the
organization's goals. The change process occurs when an organization attempts to shift from its
existing position to a new one.
