On this authorization letter, I voluntarily declare that, https://learnnearn.info/ provide me training

sessions and life time free resources of different skill building programs through online and offline
mode. I knew that, https://learnnearn.info/ web portal provides all these services with very minimum
charges of 5999/- excluding GST, which is nonrefundable. I ensure that, I never claim or demand
paid official charges in future which, took by the https://learnnearn.info/ web portal as a consideration
for their services. I also ensure that, https://learnnearn.info/ web portal provides a unique opportunity
of earning after acquiring relevant skills to its users which purely based on third party assessment of
allocated work. https://learnnearn.info/ web portal is not liable for any acceptance or rejection of the
work.

I, further declare that the contents of this authorization letter are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief and that there is nothing false and no facts have been concealed as I know that to make false
authorization letter is a criminal offence.

 1. Primary goal of Learn N Earn web portal is to provide platform for learning new skills through live
classes and 100+ online courses with certification which make employable to its users. To develop
and maintain such platform and services, Learn N Earn web portal charge minimum nonrefundable
fees and provide free life time access to its materials for users on its web portal. Learn N Earn web
portal provide a unique opportunity of earning to its users through third party on the basis of following
terms and conditions.

o Learn N Earn is providing various websites & Portals from where our user can register and start
their earnings. We will provide sufficient details from which first party can register and start their
respective projects however, if there will be any loss from those websites then Learn N Earn is not
liable for it. We will offer new earning opportunities on regular intervals for lifetime and charges are
for one time.

2. Learn n Earn web portal is not charging any upfront fees for its users, however to maintain and
develop different curriculums for skill base trainings and life time free access of all materials we
charge nonrefundable fees from the users. This nonrefundable fees will be collect after Six Days of
users’ enrollment which based on user’s experience and readiness to continue work. Kindly note
that, our service would be discontinue for non-payment of fees however, paying the fees is
compulsory. In case of non-payment of the fees Learn N Earn can proceed legally on consumer
commission portal.

3. I fully understand all terms and conditions mentioned by Learn N Earn and I authorize Learn N
Earn with my signature to take 5999/- + Gst charges from me through calls, messages and E-mails
after 6 days or if I cancel my lifetime membership in between the TAT period.
