MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

COMES NOW, the Accused, in the above-entitled case,

through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully moves to reduce the recommended bail in the
Order dated 31 March 2023 and in support thereof, most respectfully
avers:

1. That on 10 March 2023, this Honorable Court ordered the

issuance of a Warrant of Arrest against herein accused due to her
failure to appear at her Pre-Trial Conference on said date;

2. That the accused is unemployed and has no property and

asset. As such, she is gravely exhausted financially;

3. That it would be advantageous to everyone if her temporary

liberty still remains thereby allowing her to continue finding means
in paying her debts and providing the basic needs of her family;

4. As such, accused appeals to the kindness and empathy of this

Honorable Court and respectfully requests that her bail be reduced to
Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) per one count or in total of Five
Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00);

5. That this Motion is not meant to delay the proceedings of the

case;
 6. That the accused undertakes to appear and be present in the
succeeding appointed dates for hearings if her presence is required
by this Honorable Court;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed unto this Honorable Court that the recommended bail of the
accused of __________________________________________ be
