Assessment 2 | Assessment Plan

Direction: Read carefully the context about constructing a written test (Reading Material
2). Perform the task with the following guidelines:

1. Make sure your TOS has been approved before proceeding with this task.

2. Choose five (5) topics from your TOS and list down the aligned learning
competencies from the curriculum guide to create the assessment plan.

3. Apply what you have learned in aligning the verbs for each level of the revised
bloom’s taxonomy to help you analyze and finalize the most appropriate type of
test to use (from minitasks 1 and 2).

4. Use the template provided as your guide.
