The outer frame of the Clean room flush door shall be G.I. pressed 50 mm x 60 mm
x 1.2mm, rebated section. The outer frame shall be assembled with the help of
heavy angle clits. The frame shall be provided with steel inserts of 8mm thickness
on which the hinges of the door shall be fixed. The outer frame shall be grouted in
the civil opening provided with fasteners. The door leaf shall be fabricated from
Design Construction G.I. sheet of 0.8mm thickness. Additional 8mm thick steel stiffeners shall be
provided on the hinge side for carrying the weight of the door. The door shall be
completely filled inside with 42 kg/m3 anti-combustion PUF or Rockwool of 96 Kg
Density. The Cleanroom flush door shall be provided with accessories as per your
requirement. All gaskets & beadings used in the door shall be made from EPDM.
The Cleanroom door shall be provided 80-micron pure polyester powder coating
