That my duty as beat patrolle r commenced form 9:00 P.M. To 9:00 A.M.
daily and may extend if the exigency of duty requires it. That I was designated as the
operator and recorder of the body-worn camera which was an issue by the Philippine
National Police with the following specification Serial Number 51238965890134670
and IMEI NO. 865170040084873
That during the arrest, the two suspects were notified that there is a
recording being made with the use of a body-worn camera, which they acknowledge.
After the apprehension of the suspects, (PSSG Pearl Salicious Casper) were the one
who apprised of their constitutional rights. The evidence confiscated during the said
police operation were the following pieces of evidence to wit;
1. One (1) pc one hundred peso bill and one (1) pc twenty peso bill
marked as RMP OCT 6, 2022 with signature;
2. Three (3) pcs of 25 centavos coin used as flippers marked as
RMP-1 OCT 6, 2022 with signature;
3. One (1) pc of one hundred peso bill and one (1) pc twenty peso
coin marked as TLN OCT 06-2022 with signature;
-with a total amount of two hundred forty pesos (Php 240)
That the said pieces of evidence were marked by the seizing officer, at the
place of arrest located along magnolia St., Tramo 1, Brgy. San Dionisio, Paranaque
City. That after documentation and markings of confiscated evidence at the place of
arrest, the suspects were brought to San Dionisio Police Sub-Station 4 for
documentation and afterwards turned over to investigation and Detective Management
Section, Paranaque City Police Headquarters for proper investigation and disposition.
That the copy of the recorded body-worn camera was temporarily turned
over to evidence custodian, likewise the reacted copy was submitted to the Prosecutor’s
Office, as additional evidence to support the complaint filed against the arrest suspects.
