Abstract : Article info

The present research paper aims to identify the role of statistical tools in improving Received
the marketing performance of Djelfa field TOTAL Corporation. The data used in this 09/092022
study came from a questionnaire to analyze the problem of fluctuation in the Accepted
marketing performance of the target organization. Also, the interview with the 26/09/2022
director of marketing in the organization contributed to reaching the search results.
There is a relationship between quality control tools and improving marketing Keywords:
performance. As well as, there is a lack of use of quality tools in the organization. The Total Quality
present research paper concludes with sets of recommendations. The TOTAL Management,
Corporation, Djelfa field, has to pay attention to applying quality control tools in all Quality Control,
Marketing
its forms to increase sales, reduce costs and reduce errors.
