Due to infrastructure limitations, a lack of investment in and research into ICT's uses in education, and
teachers' and school administrators' limited ability to use ICT to improve the quality of teaching and
learning, access to ICT is restricted in the region's schools. Equity, including racial, gender, and financial
fairness in educational access, is another problem. Many middle-class parents in various Asian nations send
their kids to private schools, which reduces support for keeping public schools of a high standard. In
addition, access to high-quality education is occasionally restricted for the underprivileged, girls, and kids
from underrepresented castes and tribes.

Gathering data on 15 participants involving parents, students, and teachers of Kasinte National
Highschool undergoing blended learning. Results revealed the participants faced constant distractions
from house chores, social media, poor data services, scare technology sources, and anxieties.

In AUJRC few students cannot make it through the blended learning due to covid and low school
supplies, Students making their own ways to improve it but the problem was the covid that was still
emerging through society and lack of resources, students cannot work and go with the flow in blended
learning risking, their distance and health to go to the school and study while in homeroom, they
struggle due of low internet connection and many device problems unable to attend the online class.

IV.
The Researchers chose this topic because of the struggle and lack of time in our
days bringing the past showing the problems faced and solving it and sharing the
perspectives that time.
