Steps
Step 1- Copy the new program file <CK201458112 Control Panel-20211007.hex> and
<CK20219862 ECU-20211007.hex> onto your computer.
Insert the mini downloader into computer USB socket, then run the application
“DownLoader_V2.2.5” to get the window as below.

If not insert this USB type downloader but to run the application firstly, the result will be as below,
Step 2- Check the options A and B as below.

Step 3- Click C to callout the window and find out the right program file from your computer,
select it, it will show in D area.

Step 4- Click E to start to load the new program file into the mini downloader, after finishing, the
new file name will show in F area.

Step 5- Click G to finish the task.

Step 6- Power on the mini downloader(with cable 1) by computer USB socket or other USB
charger plug, the blue indicator will flicker, in waiting status.
Step 7- Remove aside the rubber cover of the program update socket on the control panel
backside, insert the other plug of downloader cable into this socket.

Meanwhile, observe the indicator working state, if it flickers in red and then turn blue and keep in
blue, means program update is successful. Or else it’s failed, try to unplug the cable and do it
again.

P.S., we can also power on the control panel instead of the USB downloader.
Power on either one is OK.

Step 8- For ECU program update , same as control panel, repeat the operation from Step 1 and
select corresponding program file, but need to add cable 3&4, to connect with the program
update connector on ECU side.
