Step-by-step Procedure and Documentation of the
Experiment
Step 1: Peel the pineapple
Step 2: Put the pineapple peel in the jar

Step 3: Put water, egg white, yeast,

and sugar inside the jar
Step 4: Mix all the ingredients, cover, but do not tighten the lid,
wait for 3 days

After 3 days…

Step 5: After 3 days, drain the water/wine of the using a clean

cloth then place the wine back
into the container and wait for
10 days to ferment, tighten the
lid afterwards
Step 6: After 10 days, transfer the wine into a container,
preferably glass one’s
