The first 10 months of 2022 witnessed positive signs in terms of socio-economics growth.
In the field of labor and employment, according to a report of the International Labor Organization (ILO) published on
October 6th 2022, with developed economies the demand for labor has been increasing while “The Great Resignation”
still happens. This situation leads to an imbalance in the labor market where the number of vacancies exceeds the
number of candidates.
The general picture of the Vietnam labor market in 2022 has many bright spots. The labor force tends to increase
rapidly and sustainably. Workers and employees are also witnessing converts in job demands and expectations.
Capturing the actual state of the current labor market, Navigos Group has conducted a survey, researched, and created
salary reports with diverse information to bring multidimensional perspectives to support businesses and employees in
the following period.
The 2023 Talent Guide will give an overview of the salary scales of various occupations in 2022. And the employees'
