4. To determine the surrounding circumstances of the killing of the victim.
5. To find out other relevant matters that would further police actions.
6. To resolve the extent of damages incurred by the suspect to the victim.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE

7. On or about 3:30 in the afternoon of April 9, 2023, a concerned neighbor named Mark C.
Calabines of B10 L28 Karilagan St.Ph1 Andreaville Brgy Salitran IV,Dasmariñas City,
Cavite, reported and seek police assistance on the alleged killing of an student named Angel
“Nene” Molo at B10 L29 Karilagan St.Ph1 Andreaville Brgy Salitran IV,Dasmariñas City,
He saw the body of the dead victim
 lying on to the latter’s living room.

8. At around 3:40PM that day, Josh Emmanuel D. Delos Santos and Angelo S. Moreno ,the
first responder took charge at the scene of the crime, gathering several evidence: (a) baseball
bat, (b) ripped cloth; and (c) fingerprints from the cordoned area

IV. RECOMMENDATION
9. Wherefore in view of the foregoing, the office hereby recommends that the laboratory
autopsy and laboratory examination be conducted as soon as possible to further establish the
final remarks of the case.
