Due Dates for Mock Performance Task 1 – Intro to AP Capstone (Great Books)

Because of the pace of this course, I’ve outlined due dates for you throughout the next 2-3 months.
It’s important that you keep these in mind as you work through your Mock Performance Task 1.
You are to work on the Individual Research Report (the instructions follow this page directly) with
only one other partner, and the Team Multimedia Presentation is a whole group presentation.
Week of January 9th – Assign lenses to partnered pairs, and begin collecting sources and
completing RAVEN Sheets for sources that correspond to each pair’s particular lens.
Week of January 16th – Continue working on RAVEN Sheets!!
Week of January 23rd – RAVEN Sheets due January 27th!! Begin working on Annotated
Bibliography!!
Week of January 30th – Continue working on Annotated Bibliographies, introduce IRR Template!
Week of February 6th– Finalize annotated bibliographies!! Begin work on IRR Template! Due
March 2nd!!
Week of February 13th – Annotated Bibliographies due this week!!
Week of February 20th – Continue working on IRR Templates!!
Week of February 27th – Continue working on IRR Templates
Week of March 6th – Continue working on IRR Templates
Week of March 13th – SPRING BREAK!!
Week of March 21st – IRR Templates due March 24th!!
Week of March 27th – Final IRR Papers due March 30th
Week of April 3rd – Begin constructing TMPs!
Week of April 10th – I will be out because I’m getting married and seeing Taylor Swift with my
soon-to-be wife! Work on your TMPs!!
Week of April 17th – Begin TMPs!!
Week of April 24th – Finish TMPs!!

Annotated Bibliography – February 10th
IRR (Individual Research Report) Template – March 24th
IRRs (Individual Research Report) – March 30 th

2-3 Academic Journal Entries
5-6 Text-based sources – Government websites/magazines/newspapers/books
2-3 Multimedia Sources – Anything where the primary method of information
delivery is not just text.

Each pair within a group has ONE LENS to look at the ONE TOPIC through.
