She promotes cooperative learning by applying for group work. She models the expected

behaviors and reinforces the students that they showed them. She is good at integrating students

into the topic. Relation between the topic and real life is strongly set. She used formative

assessment techniques in an enjoyable way. She used open end questions rather than yes-no

questions to check whether they have any detail they got wrong or not. She monitors and guides

them to expected behaviors. She facilitates the learning process.

Group work and pair work are used a lot during the lesson, and still, classroom management is

She let everyone discuss but let no one disturb the learning atmosphere.

redirects misbehaviors by just reminding the rules. When students use their mobiles in place of

no phones phrase she refers to the rules by saying “phones to the pocket “. 45 minutes’ period

was quite enough for warm-up, the procedure of the lesson, and assessment of the lesson.

Handouts were well prepared. Regarding her body language, she really enjoys teaching.

OVERALL COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONS:

 The objectives of the lesson were clearly explained so students were aware of what they

would learn, which made them pre-motivated.

 The lesson had a clear structure with a warm-up, modeling, and dependent and

independent practices so that the learning was in the correct alignment

 “You gave them very precise feedback such as Sweet answer, you are a star aren’t you”;

and reinforced the students by addressing what they got such as “a plus is going to…., a

cup of tea, let’s clap

 You have good classroom management, especially during group work. Your instructions

are very clear so that they knew exactly what to do when they finish their task.
 You used a very positive and kind language yet it is powerful. I think it is because of

your setting the rules quite solid at the beginning of the semester. They are very familiar

with your terms already.

 Your class has a very friendly atmosphere so students can feel comfortable and eager to

take risks.

 You managed to engage your learners in the lesson. They all participated in all activities

as soon as you instructed. That shows they have enthusiasm for learning.

 They are all familiar with your classroom procedure because the transitions between

activities, group work, tasks, and practices are very smooth and they responded in

silence. The transitions were not chaotic.

 During your lesson I learned new things I would like to use in the future. For example,

your addressing everyone by their name is very effective. They feel comfortable and

private. It has a positive effect on learners I personally observed it. Second, applying

Kahoot as a formative assessment means is enjoyable and relaxing.
