NARRATIVE REPORTS ON DISTRIBTUTION OF SCHOOL REPORT CARD

Enrolment planning is an institution’s attempt to identify, attract, enrol, retain and
graduate a student population aligned with the institution’ purpose and goal of the school.
To encourage the children to enrol in AMES, the school distribute fliers to the
children. This fliers or the SRC- SCHOOL REPORT CARD, will provide the children
different information regarding the school premise likr the school personnel,facilities, the
school vision and mission different activities were presented in the card.

NARRATIVE REPORTS ON GENERAL PTA MEETING
The meeting held at AMES Mini Hall at 1:30 pm. It was attended by the
respective representative of the two barangay Alagao and Malindig. Mrs. Charmaine
Diane R. Rey (Alagao) and Mr. Rommel Asilo (Malindig), Parents and Teacher. The
meeting started by a prayer led by Mrs. Sunshine M. Dipasupil, Grade one teacher
followed by the National Anthem through audio visual Presentstion. Checking of
attendance was done by Miss. Joan Manalo, grade sis adviser and a Welcome
remarks by Mrs. Leonida R. Rosales, kinder teacher. Then the meeting proper headed
by our Head Teacher Mrs. Allen M. Cusi. In the meeting proper she discussed the
importance of learning. She stressed the enrolement of the school and encourage
the parents to enrol in our school. She made mentioned also that the pupils needs
proper guidance of the parents or guardian in learning for the pupils level of
understanding is really different from our learners in the past few years because of
the the global pandemic that we had in more than two years.
The meeting ended with the addressed of the barangay representative of
Malindig, Mr. Rommel Asilo and Alagao representative, Mrs. Charmiane Diane A. Rey.
They told that all the topics discussed will be addressed to the barangay captain and
what help they can give to support to the school and the teachers for the success of
home Learning. The meeting ended by a closing remarks by our Gen. PTA President
Mrs. Melanie Arnigo. The meeting ended successfully.

NARRATIVE REPORTS ON COLLABORATION WITH THE BARANGAY OFFICIALS

Schools exist within communities. The relationships between the parents,
teachers and stakeholders plays a vital role in the success of the pupils
academically and socially.
Apart from performing many duties and responsibilities of the barangay

officials in their barangay, the barangay captain always find times to meet and
collaborate with us, the teachers of Alagao-Malindig. We teachers collab with them
to discuss our concers about our decreasing enrolment. In return they extend their
hand to help regarding our concern, and promise that they will help us to the
fullest.
