Course Title Ethics for School Managers
Course Description  The course deals with leadership styles, behaviors, and decision-making
as these affect the management task of planning, organizing, directing,
and controlling.
 It deals also with ethical dilemmas in the work of school managers and
leaders. At its core are theories that regard professional ethical leadership,
using a Multiple Ethical Paradigms approach.
 The course centers on the ethics of justice, care, critique, community, and
profession as frameworks to examine ethical dilemmas in the work of
educational managers and administrators.
