Dear Mr/Ms,

I am writing this letter beacause of the service we received yesterday. 24 th September, 2022. I came to
your restaurant together with my family to celebrate mym birthday.

First, we were seated in a smoking area but the waiters didn’t do anything. It must not be allowed
because it is rude and the smell of the smoke affects all people and can turn them off their food.

Next, we orded food and the food was served late and was also served cold. Lastly, I was charged some
of the food that I did not order.

I am attaching the receipt for your consideration and would like you to refund my amount next time I
visit restaurant. Please take the necessary steps to rectify this error and make sure it does not happen
again.

I hope in the future the quality of your food is able to match up to the quality of your service.
