Project RAISE or Remediation And Intervention Structure for Excellence is a program


that aims to address the recovery of learning gaps and losses in relation to the result of
Inquiry-Based Division Exit Assessment (IDEA) using the Structure of Observed
Learning Outcomes (SOLO) framework as one of the priority areas under the Effective
Delivery of Instruction and Learners Performance of UPNHS LCRP.

To achieve the SDO priority areas in literacy and numeracy, UPNHS shall focus in
recovering the learning gaps in the subjects English, Filipino, and Mathematics. The

project shall strengthen the acquired competencies of the grade 10 takers of IDEA last

SY 2021-2022 by undergoing a rigorous class remediation. Volunteer teachers shall
prepare Daily Lesson Log (DLL) consisting least mastered competencies in the three
subject areas. Online assessment and re-assessment will be given to the learners to
determine the level of mastery.

Results of the assessment will be used to determine whether the learners have been
recovered or not. Re-assessments shall be given to the learners who have not been
recovered until such learners have acquired the necessary competency.

The project aims to:


1. recover the forty nine (49) grade 10 learners/taker of the Inquiry-Based Division
Project Exit Assessment (IDEA);
Objectives 2. strengthen the acquired competencies by undergoing a rigorous remediation
program;
3. assess and re-assess the learners as to measures set forth by the IDEA, and
