Have you experienced Dehydration, Hyperthermia, or Hypothermia during and
after performing the exercises?

Yes, especially the dehydration.

Explain how you felt during and after the performance and how did you manage
the situation?

I felt excited during the performance and I managed the situation carefully. Then,
after the performance I felt exhausted and I managed the situation by resting in 20
seconds to cooldown.

Does your participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity contributed to

the improvement of your health-related fitness?

Yes, because it generates more energy expenditure; contributes to obesity

prevention and muscular and bone development; reduces anxiety and stress; improves
self-esteem, mood and concentration; and reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Does moderate to vigorous physical activity participation optimize your holistic

health?

Yes, because it improves mitochondrial density in muscle cells so that you can
better utilize oxygen and fat for energy, strengthens the muscles so that you are able to
produce more force and lift/move heavier objects or perform lighter movements more
easily, and improves insulin sensitivity so your body can better manage blood sugar.

How important is physiological indicator in your daily activity?

Physiological indicator is important in daily activities because physiological

indicators of fitness present a measure of an organism's response to a changing
environment. An analysis of how these organisms allocate and store their energy
resources provides an understanding of how they cope with such environmental
changes.
