Committee Members after a long discussion on this agenda now Agreed that

1. Any Spiritual Development Levi from the Asengseng Consoldated FMA must be paid to the
Kimbe Catholic Diocese for appropriate Disbursement and allocation to serve its purpose.
2. All Churches in the Asengseng Concession Area will submit submission for their projects or
program to the Spiritual Committee Under Kimbe Catholic Diocese for approval and
allocation.
3. That Kina Bank Account Number: 12584811( Kimbe Catholic Diocese operational Account) is
the Nominated Bank Account for Payment of the spiritual Development Levi to be paid to
and manage to serve its purpose.
4. That nxt meeting will be held for Mobilisation of the Accounts.

All agreed and meeting proceed on to discussion of the next agenda
