Re: Notice of Delay (“NOD”) No. 1675 - Rework due to Stolen Defect and Vandalismed –
Optical Fiber Optic (Hulu Langat)Interior Design Works for Central Computer System
& TCSS Room.

With reference to the above mentioned matter, we would like to notify Ahmad Zaki SdnZaki Sdn Bhd
(“AZSB”) that the completed Interior Design (“ID”) for Central Computer System & TCSS Room
located at Ampang Control Room hTCSS Fiber optic cable 48CID works hads been damagedstolen and
vandalized at Bandar Mahkota CherasHulu Langat and Hulu Langat (from CH7020CH9940-
CH104008560) by third partyAmpang Control rRoom . A copy of theAn official Letter Incident report
appendedreport have been submitted to your office on xxxxxxx18th April 2023. Enclosed Kindly refer to
in Attachment 1 for the official Incident Report and Attachment 2 for the mainlineID, drawing for your
reference.

In view of theDue to aforesaid incident, , we would like to highlight that , it has it will affected our
progress of work. As a result, it will cause an additional cost for rectification and replacement workof
such damage. We foresee that the rectification works will have e delay might be occurred for in re-
installation works and also had time implication on completion of works work program and time impact.
Hence, we come out withkindly refer to our summary of work activities planning and duration of time of
each task as shown in Table 1, for your review and perusal.

subject to change upon getting of will starts upon we get instruction and approval and instruction
byconfirmation from AZSB.
