Subject:-REIMBURSEMENT OF 75% LAB TEST CHAGES FOR LEATHER GARMENT & LEATHER
GOODS EXPORTERS

Please refer to Public Notice No: TDAP-Directors/13(218)/2015-EDF dated March 30, 2018 regarding
reimbursing 75% lab testing charges for leather garment & leather goods exporters on the basis of 60% or
above leather garments & leather goods exports for the period from July 01, 2015 to date.

We are submitting you herewith two sets of Bank verified export performance certificates for the year
2015-16 & 2017-18 showing category-wise export performance along with lab test invoices issued by
reputed laboratories with proof of payments from 1st July 2015 to date.

We confirm that our claims are genuine and falls under the criteria set by TDAP. The exports figures
given above are correct as per conditions of Public Notice dated 30.03.2018. Further, we take
responsibility in case of any discrepancy/ fraud is detected in claiming the Lab Testing Charges.
