BRIEF

Design to fix a real user problem

Our college's sign-up course is currently outdated and lacks

the necessary features to meet the needs of today's
students. As a result, many students struggle to navigate
the sign-up process, leading to frustration and delays in
enrolment leading them to not get the course of their
choice. The aim of this project is to redesign the college
sign-up course to create a user-friendly and intuitive
experience for students.

PROBLEM

In college, we often tend to not get the choice of our course

we wish to take up because of how the sign up portal has a
stipulated time. With everyone attempting to get the most
favoured choices they tend to fill up quickly, making it hard
for everybody to get their preferred choices.

In the attempt to get their first choice they often tend to

also miss out on their other preferences, leading them to
pick up courses from only what is left.

SOLUTION

A fair sign up solution which not only lets you pick the
preferred courses in real time but also makes the sign up
process in itself hassle free, making it inclusive and fair to all
students. Despite the difference in the factors such as
internet speed, not getting the course of choice, this system
seems to work.
