Please noted that DFA exerts all efforts to ensure that your passport is released on-
time. However, the passport application and printing process may be affected by
government guidelines related to COVID-19 pandemic (example: proclamation of ECQ
and MECQ status in the NCR area will result to very limited operations and thus delay
in the release of the passports of all applicants).

2. “For Release / Delivery” Status :

On-site pickup : Proceed to the designated Consular office and bring your receipt and
other pertinent documents required for passport collection.

Courier Delivery : Contact your courier service provider for more information.

3. “Suspended” / “Rejected Status” - Immediately contact the Consular Office or
