Anlysis:

In Event management we have three anylisis.


 AIDA
 SWOT
 PEST

AIDA:
AIDA analysis help us in maping out cognitive and
behavioral process that customers go through when searching
for a product or service that would full fill their needs.
Attention:
The event that is to be arranged must attract the
targeted customer.You need to be quick and direct
to grab people's attention. Use powerful words, or
a picture that will catch the reader's eye and
make them stop and read what you have to say
next.
Interest.
Interest is when you changed customer desire into
want.In this stage the interest of customer
regarding the event is aroused.
Desire.
As you are hopefully building interest in a product or
service, it is important that you help customers realize
why they “need” this product or service. Think about
how the content in infomercials is presented they aim to
provide interesting information on the product, along
with the benefits of buying it benefits that ideally make
consumers want the product more and more.
Infomercials do this extremely well by showing the
product being used in several creative situations.
Convey to the audience the value of the product or
service, and why they need it in their life.
Action.
The final stage is the behavioral stage,where the
customer are taken on board.They take action in
terms of attending an event.The customer in here
are incouraged to participant or spectator of an
event.

SWOT:
It is the strategic planning tool which is used to
identify and analysis the strengths,weakness,oppertunites
and threats involved in your project.it is done on your
organization.
Strengths:
It involves the attributes of project/organsiations
which are helpful in achieving project objectives.
Weakness
It involves those attributes of a project which
are harmful in achieving project objectives ie; lack of fund
unexperience team d social loafing.
Opportunities
These are those external factors which are
helpful in achieving the project objectives.

Little competition, support from local communities
favouralable economic condition.

Threats:
Those factors that have the political
to reduce the organizational performance
like employe abilities, compitators and
technicals.
PEST:
It is a management method where by

Or conduct and event we also focus on
Technological development/advancement,
Media role, rate of technological deffusion
And innovation etc
