As per the requirement of the PGP program, the course material (print
2020-22 batch. Details of the textbooks are attached as Annexure-1. Purchased
material will be directly dispatched to the students as per the address.
Due to the paucity of time in the pandemic conditions; PGP office proposed that
the vendor dispatch course textbooks directly to the Student addresses. Upon
enquiry, the said Vendor has agreed to dispatch the books. However, in order
to avail this courier service, the vendor is charging an amount of Rs. 250/- per
KG as Courier charges pan-India. After dispatching of the books, the vendor will
share the dispatching details with us.
Director may kindly accord approval for the textbooks procurement and
dispatching of student course textbooks directly from vendor warehouse. This
sanction note is for financial approval for the year 2020-21 under revenue
expenses.
