Interviewee: Good morning mister Mauricio, I’m good, thank you, and you?

Interviewer: Good, thank you. It’s a beautiful day, isn’t it?

Interviewee: Yes! I really like this tipe of weather.
Interviewer: I agree, ok, let’s start… you may sit, please. You are applying for the position of
Driver in our mafia. Why are you interested in this job?

Interviewee: Well, i am interested in this job because I need to get money, and the mafia is
the only thing I have left..
Interviewer: Ok, and what are your qualifications for this position?
Interviewee: I am a good driver, I always arrive on time, I am very responsible and I have
been faithful to the mafia since I was little..
Interviewer: Yes, I can see. Now, I want you to tell me what are your strengths and
weaknesses?
interviewee: mmm, i am loyal, i know how to save secrets and i am silent, but my weakness,
Mmm let me think, i am impatient , i dont know how to be a leder, also i cant handle the

frustration
Interviewer: that’s interesting, now, before we finished the interview, do you have any
question for me?
interviewee: Do I put my life in danger?

interviewer: Every second

interviewee:what is the salary for this job?
interviewer: If the passengers arrive alive you will have 1 million dollars
Interviewee: how is the work environment?

Interviewer: in the streets it's kill or be killed, it's not a safe environment
